I am a girl of 22 year and i want to know the best contraceptive for my health.

There are a lot of different types of birth control, it’s up to you what will work best for you. Take a look through these pages form Planned Parenthood as it’s a good guide to some of the better known contraceptive methods – http://www.plannedparenthood.org/health-topics/birth-control-4211.htm also Scarleteen has a good contraceptive guide including buddy methods – http://www.scarleteen.com/article/reproduction/birth_control_bingo

Personally I would always say that Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) is the best for health, it is a highly reliable birth control method where you track your fertility by daily monitoring basal body temperature and cervical changes, it’s quick to learn and costs nothing to use. It is good as it does not effect your body in any way so no side-effects or menstrual suppression, it doesn’t interrupt sex, and both partners can be involved in using the method. It is particularly good for health because as well as a birth control method it can be used to aid in getting pregnant, it can tell you when you have vaginal infections, tell you how your hormones effect your body at large (say for example telling you if there is a link between headaches and your menstrual cycle), it can tell you when your period is due, when you are pregnant, and can tell you if there are any problems with your reproductive cycle so spare you worry if you’re period is late, gives you more control over your own health, and saves expensive and invasive testing if there is anything wrong. http://www.scarleteen.com/article/body/get_with_the_flow_all_about_fam
