Why is Clinton considered this power house of knowledge regarding Health Care?

I can think of countless articles and references from other congressman and such that refer to Hillary as a leading member of the senate regarding health care and that she knows quite a bit about it. Where does that come from?
Hillary Clinton herself has said she was mistaken about the health care reforms she tried to pass during her husband’s administration. Some say that she’s ‘forced into saying that’ and such, but I find that hard to believe.

she is not, that comes from the same thought of mind she had when she claimed to be under sniper fire, on a soccer team in high school (school did not have one). She is dying to garnish wages of every working person if necessary, to force them to pay for her health care, since she thinks she knows what is best for us all and we don’t, or so she thinks. This is her last Hillary Care con job, done behind closed doors, even her own husband caught it, rejected it, knew it was full of BS.
Right now, I am more concern about childrens healthcare, and the Hillaryscam she is trying to get passed, she could care less “about the children”, but you can bet she will protect them mega rich from losing their tax cuts, she is big business and she has plenty mega rich business and foreigners funding her campaign. She can not be trusted with our children, or be trusted to take from her mega rich society , it is all a con.
