It’s important to maintain your physical health, but it’s also important to promote mental well being. Stress is one of the most common challenges of mental well being. We talked specifically about some ways of managing stress. What method did you find the most helpful? Why? Do you have any other suggestions for controlling stress? Do you keep a calendar or to-do list? What are some of you external stressors? What are some of you internal stressors?

This is a question to be answered personally, and there really is no right or wrong answer. So why not do your assignment yourself?
