If the health care system in Europe and Canada is so great, why are they having lotteries to see who gets a dr?

It’s a good idea that so many people are without a doctor that they actually are having lotteries to see who gets one?
Wise Guy— I said Europe because more than one country in Europe is doing it.

Because socialized health care sucks, it over burdens a bureaucracy that can’t manage its own coffee break time let alone other peoples health care, we dont need that sort of bull crap here no sir!
