1. Dust mites, hoovering each room daily, changing sheets on bedding at least weekly and hoover the matress one a month.
2. Keeping the house as dust free as possible ie polishing,keeping windows open for a while during the day helps with eliminating of bacteria too.

8. Children can be frustrated with the itching so cotton clothes at bedtime is the best option with cotton bedding.
9. if your child is starting nursery or school ask the doctor for a spare inhaler, the nursery will need to know if your child as asthma so you can fill it in on the application form and gives them permission to administer medication as well as the school.
