Is there any health risk to sleeping with a fan blowing directly in your face?
I like to sleep with the fan right in my face at night, my grandmother said this isn’t very healthy. Can someone tell me if there is any health risk by doing this and would it be better to circulate the fan instead of leaving it stationary.
