Feel like a wonderful summer? Beaches, warm
time and, of course – barbecue.

Along with the relaxed atmosphere and easy to prepare barbecue
dinner or picnic for friends and family come some well known
risks. Chances are aware that E. coli and Salmonella can cause
symptoms ranging from mild discomfort to life threatening
emergencies. But why this is more common during summer meals
and how You can protect your loved ones without ruining your
summer?

During the summer, when we picnic or a barbecue that we
