How can I lose weight and be a health freak again?
last year had lost about sixty pounds and was in my weight light. but when I got to college I gained weight (you know, the "fifteen freshmen). so now I used to stay late at night and sit down to eat. The thing is I really do not know what to do CUS my mom took my gym membership since I went to college and all that had been doing in school going to yoga twice a week, but there is no effective cardiovascular workout. and I am also a vegetarian and avoid most dairy products. I really dont know what to do. I would start running again, but I like to run outdoors. All we need is a jump rope, fitness videos (which I do not like, I prefer to group fitness), ten pounds dumbells, and Wii Fit (Wii Fit gives you that great of a workout, so you really do not like). So what can do? I forgot how to eat really healthy as it used to. I'm very disappointed in myself with all the weight I gained.
3 exercises easier. 1. walk 1 hour a day (about400-U can burn 500 calories) 2. Get a jump rope (U can burn 100 calories each or 10 minutes doing cardio work better outside) 3. Get a bike ride n (U can burn 500-600 calories in an hour) GL! this is my exercise plan!
