Will I resign or stay?

I hv worked in my present co 4 more than 3 yrs now. Salary inc is abt 10%/yr but apart frm that co s nt gv me any benefit. My prev employer offer me 2 work again w/ the group. Salary s only a few hundred dollars higher bt difference s co wl gv me a car & located nearer 2 my hse. Present job is 80 km away frm my hse & co promised to gv me car almost a yr ago bt till now not yet so I hv 2 hitch a ride frm an officemate who live in the same area. Daily, I hv 2 wait at the roadside 4 her 2 pick me up. If I come a bit late, she will leave me so I can’t go 2 office. In the afternoon, I also depend on her. Except when I plan 2 have OT later than 8 pm, co wl arrange car 2 send me home & I can only avail of it 2 x/ wk beside nt good 4 health 2 work late always. F I hv personal things 2 attend 2 even 4only 2 hrs, I hv 2 take 1 day leave coz no car 2 use going 2 office. by bus s time consuming & risky. I alrdy cfmed wid new co but boss HOLD me
