I would like to work in the U.S. as an advisor to parents (as Supernanny)?

I've been a health visitor in the NHS for 20 years and I would bring my experience to the U.S. to expand my career. Any ideas on how to get a job or create privacy. Thank you very much for any advice. Elspeth

I used to work Supernanny not, but I was working for a nonprofit, United Way Agency, paying very low wages due to funding problems. We called parent educators and into the homes of people who sought help with their children. It was a valuable service to the people, paid by county funds, funds from United Way and private donations. I do not want to sound discouraging, but not on TV land, in mainstream America, there are social workers already working in the same task, as Jo (which I love to see – it's so good). If you contact any county in the welfare department of any state of children and the division for youth and speak to a supervisor, which will probably be able to tell you the name (s) of non-local agency, nonprofit (s) that provide that (education service parents) in their local community. To work in private, each state has its own hoops must go through in order to hang their shingle. You would have to look at the rules specific to the operating condition of the type of service.
