The organization is dismiss this finding and claiming the numbers of HIV cases is not lower to 8.10 million in country.And in cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, etc. pepole percentage of living with the virus is already quite high.They UPA Govt claim this is to underestimate the numbers and figures all states is just the tip of the iceberg. Hello, A good question that is relevant and an important issue in today's world and understanding needs, especially in India.
