Getting results with the health and welfare
Setting the health and welfare of effective initiatives is much easier than to imagine. There are three key questions to consider.
i) What are the primary objectives for the welfare of the company?

4. Who pays for the services – the company or the employee? Depends on you if you would like to ask the employees of a contribution to the programs we are implementing but in our experience, the impact is much greater if the company covers the cost as you would any other training, education and employee benefits.
