Help–cannot decide on Health Information systems/digital sonography/ dental hygiene?

I have no background in the medical field. But I would love to start a career in health care. I am interested in 3 different associate degree courses HIT , ultrasound technician, and dental hygiene. I need some help to make a decision. Which of these courses have better chance of getting jobs after completion considering both the salary and demand.

I don’t know about HIT, but Dental Hygiene graduates are not finding jobs right now, the market is very flooded. The outlook is better for Sonographers. Of course, by the time you finish a program it could completely change.
