How much is it going to cost an individual for health insurance under the Senate bill.?

Not asking about subsidies, not asking about the high end, just asking what an average Joe might have to pay for this crap?

The simple answer is MORE.

You won’t have the option of going inexpensive high deductible because of the various mandated coverages.

If you already have a comprehensive package, you will have to pay the ‘Cadillac tax’. (My wife’s package as a schoolteacher qualifies, amazingly)

Anything in between will cost more because of increased taxes on drugs, medical equipment, and yes, insurance. Taxes on a business get passed on to consumers. Thinking otherwise is hopelessly naive
