Health Love

Tony Robbins defines success as "the realization of his life so that gives you tons of pleasure and pain very soon." By this definition, success would be, beyond the shadow of a doubt, the best way to restore, promote, protect and enjoy the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health.
Stress has been over 20,000 scientific studies and according to the U.S. Centers Control and Prevention, stress accounts for two thirds of visits to family doctors and half of the deaths to Americans under the age of 65.
Thus, if stress is a danger to health, how is the best way to avoid? More than three decades of clinical work have shown me that the best way to avoid the effects of stress is to be passionately involved in something we love to do.
An active mind at work nice and creative has no place or time for stress. This is the reason why individuals with great success for many it remains hard at work when it is the way to retirement age. These people have understood that life is evolving and growing.
While a man is happily involved in a process of self-growth, there is very little chance that the disease will strike. Nice work is not health threatening. The mind and body requires exercise. The adage: "What is not used," Loose "is true. It could say that the body is more likely to wear out rust.
Our physiology (body chemistry) is directly affected, either advantageous or negatively, by the mood you're in. This fact has been confirmed by the study of people living with dissociative identity disorder (formerly known as personality Multiple Disorder.) Patients with this condition can be diabetes under normal personality while in another. The changes in eye color, along with the extreme variations in blood pressure have also been known to occur as changes in personality from one to another.
Another classic that demonstrates the powerful influence mood of a person in the healing process is the story of Norman Cousins. Mr. Primo, a prominent political journalist, writer, teacher and advocate world peace, was diagnosed with a form of arthritis then called Marie-Strumpell of the disease (ankylosing spondylitis). and they said they had little chance of surviving the disease.
Faced with this very gloomy prognosis, Mr. Primo decided to leave the hospital and move to a beautiful hotel suite where some of their comedian friends could come and entertain him. To his surprise, found that spending quality time with optimistic people had a very powerful therapeutic effect.
In a matter of months, fully recovered from the illness and spent the rest of his life giving speeches defending the healing power of laughter. His story was published in a book entitled, The Anatomy of an illness and a film based on the book was done.
All experts agree that our moods and feelings have a profound effect on our health and wellbeing. Many forms of arthritis, some cancers and other debilitating diseases are also known to be highly influenced by stress and other emotional disorders. The states of mind and body are intimately related. What affects one affects the other.
The recipe for health is very simple. Live your life in a way that provides tons of pleasure and very little pain. It's the secret to prosperity and is also the description and definition of success.
