Health Net € ™ s commercial customers in the northeast to reach to renewal dates, UnitedHealthcare will work to enroll in a comparable Oxford or UnitedHealthcare plan. Until members are part of a replacement plan, its Health Net current benefits will remain in force under its current Health Net contracts there will be no lapse in coverage or payments during this period transition.
Health Net will continue to manage all of the Health Network € commercial plans, Medicare and Medicaid € "in Northeast under management services agreements with UnitedHealthcare until members of transition to UnitedHealthcare plans. Health Net € ™ s Medicare Advantage members in Connecticut and the members of the Prescription Drug Plan in New York, no change in plans for 2010.
