How much should I charge for advertising on my site?

I have a very respected website health information that is very popular and is unique in its category. It has excellent search results on the first page of Google and has a lot of real content. Per day receives about 30,000 pages views, 6,000 unique visitors and 200,000 visits. The site is approximately 4 years old. I have a small, but few advertisers now some big companies are seeking publicity. I have a piece of a formal nature, only a small file that pulling together some economic data from the air. Now is the time to make a sheet real interest rate, but I've never done before. What should I charge these big companies for banner ads or ads of little squares on my site? How I can make a real rate sheet? Can anyone give me some information stadium? I do not want a premium, but I certainly do not want to underprice either. Thanks!

I suggest looking at Google Ad words like a poster and see what they charge. You can basesome its rates on that. Then again, pretend you're a company with something to sell and Google "Internet advertising agencies. Ask why a particular type of ad will cost Based on their traffic. With these rates, you can base yours.
