I have to make a short video related to health. Any ideas??

I am in a class where we need to make a video related to our major, and mine is School Health Education. It will be for anyone between K-12, but I have to make a short video related to health, with a song (any song, one related would be better) and images… Any ideas for a topic? I am stumped…

–Maybe something about getting proper nutrition (the obesity epidemic in this country) or proper hygiene would be universal across all ages.

–I remember there was some short little cartoon with song (similar to school house rock..not sure about your age). that came on between Sat. morning cartoons many years ago–i was really really young–, but it was a little guy with a cowboy hat singing songs about nutrition and other things (it it wasn’t the school house rock series that I vividly remember). It was called “time for timer,” and I found some clips of it on youtube (http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=time+for+timer&search_type=).

–**I didn’t even remember the name of it until I did a websearch of schoolhouse rock and similar cartoons.**
