I do you download a non Youtube video?

I need to put this http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/health/2005/04/13/gupta.student.bodies.affl?iref=videosearch in a powerpoint. I’m not sure how to do it. I don’t know what file types you can use or who i can download the video and convert it if necessary. Please help…its for a school project. Thanks…
