I would like to start Health Care Business for Adults?

Basically, I would like to know what does it takes to start Health Care Business like Home Attending Agency for the Senior Citizens. What kind of money involved, what Licenses required and what obsticles are?

It sounds very time consuming and very hands on though.

My great grandmother did similar things all her life. Started with her first rest home when she was 19. Retired at 84. Unreal.
