What kind of doctor should I visit to get a complete health check up?

I saw this TV show where a lady who helps us return to a normal state of healty again. Basically, they took stool samples of the person to the doctor who ran tests. That doctor was able to give a detailed report of what the person was missing in your system. A major test was an analysis of colon. That's all he could see on the show. I wonder what my state of health also. I would like to convey a complete health check to see which vitamins and minerals that I need and my diagnosis of health problems you may have. Who do I see this? What kind of tests should I be waiting to know my current health? Blood, colon, etc, etc? Can anyone point me in the right direction?
