On health care reform: who is paying for the illegals and the uninsured now?

One argument against reform health care is that people will work hard in this country pay for health care of illegals and the lazy and the uninsured. My opinion about it is that we are already paying for them one way or another, directly or indirectly through increased hospital charges to uninsured and Medicaid taxes. What say you?
