The truth on Michael Jacksons health?

ok,so i heard he was very ill, and might die. but, i didn’t believe it and just passed it off as rumors. but I just read a report about him writing his will??? Someone clear things up for me please? ^-^

physically his health is ok, apart from his hideous face falling apart, but his mental health isn’t too good
