If you are against a national health care system, why?

Please list your best answers as to why we should not have a national health care plan.
Clear and concise please.
Please do not bother to list why we should have it, ask your own question and ask that on your own. I’d like the reasons why NOT here only please.
I’m sure the usual jerks will have their way with this question, but I really would like to see the primary and most logical reasons why not.

A national health care system undermines the system we have now that produces the best health care in the world. We have programs for those that can’t afford costly health care procedures. Look at St. Jude Hospital. It is one of the best children’s hospitals in the world. It will not turn a child away no matter if the family can pay or not.

I also do not like the fact that the majority of the people in charge of the Health care system will be directly appointed by the president. This leaves it to susceptible to one party or another. It needs to be a neutral system.
