help finding information on presidential candidate obama’s statements on government health care plans?

Before Obama was elected president he gave a speech regarding how he would be giving access to all uninsured citizens to the current U.S. employee health plan, the same plan that would cover the president and the senate. does anyone know where i can find info or video on the speech? i don’t know the exact date or even the location of the speech. any help is greatly appreciated
