Does the health care bill prevent people from gaming the system?

What in the health care bill prevents people from buying health insurance only when they need it, and simply pay the fine the rest of the time? If it’s much cheaper to just pay the fine and buy insurance when you get sick, wouldn’t many just choose to pay the fine?

Well, it appears to be the intention of the government to make the insurance company execs big bucks, so that they can get huge bonuses/salaries the way that the government helped the fatcat bankers and AIG execs.

And we’ll all end up paying more, as we always do, when the government comes up with any legislation.

Politicians don’t pass any legislation that doesn’t make their cronies and special interests ever-richer.

And the average American ever-poorer.
