for those saying it is posted, no, what was originally introduced is posted, updates of thousands of different pages of redrafts and amendments are posted very very slowly, often after the vote.

This can done already!!!! Al you need to know is where to find this information so you can comment on it. You can comment on bills in Congress, Federal regulations that are being proposed, and the same is true about the State that you live in, you can comment on proposed state laws and proposed state regulations.
