Why are so many people against public health care when you’ll still have the option of private health care?
I don’t get it. I could understand if the public things was the ONLY option like in some other countries. But it seems you’ll have the option of sticking with you’re current health care OR using the free Government health care.
Why is that a problem? Why do people prefer that life vs. death should be determined by how much money you have?
Good question. Contrary to the belief of some, private options will continue to be available in addition to the public option, under HR 3200. A great deal of misinformation is being spread about the proposed legislation.
It is obvious why the private insurance companies would not want the government competition but it is unclear why others would object to the public option.
