I was reading an article about dental health and it said that if i swish something in my mouth after eating?

somthing sugary it will counteract the damage done to my teeth. I can’t remember what it was, any ideas what it might be? Only serious answers please!!
It wasn’t mouth wash

Serious answer: Water.
It helps alot, it can cut tooth decay by around 70% I’m sure you are thinking of something else though.
