Has any of the recent behavior from protesters on the Right surprised anyone here on Yahoo?

From the answers here on Yahoo, largely comprised of those on the Right, it is of no great surprise that the News is reporting on stuff like protesters spitting, threatening ones family, cutting gas lines. It was bound to happen the way the Right has fanned the flames. Should they do a better job of denouncing this type of behavior? Should the Republican leaders take responsibility for some of this behavior since people take a lot of ques from them? Should all of this pass once these people see that Health Care reform was not the bogeyman their leaders told them it was?

It does not surprise me. The right has been whipping these people into a frenzy for a long time.

What DOES surprise me is that there are people that think that denying that these actual events happened will make the THINKING American believe that the left is making them up.

We are not that dumb.
