Information technology for health and greater health service manager. Please help.?

Ok, so I'm with Expertise health information. I want to get my AA degree first and work as a technician registered health information (RHIT). I wonder can I become a doctor and health services manager with a master? I intend to graduate with AA degree in the success and work while I go to school to get my Masters in health services management. Who do I speak? and have all schools in California, Los Angeles, where I can take the management of health services? Where I find all this information? Please help. Before becoming a health services manager Do I have to get a degree in Information Manager healthcare (Rhia)? What is the difference?
