Right To Privacy Health Care

At a time when reform of the health care debate is causing a controversial anti-immigration group, the Federation for American Immigration Reform, correctly points out that illegal aliens may participate in the national project for health insurance exchange.
This compares insurance exchange plans health insurance and informs everyone that is cheaper for them with features that are most desired by them. In many respects comparable to Progressive for car insurance. Included in the cost and feature comparison would be the new government management plan, created to compete with the private sector.
It is interesting that illegal immigrants pay their own insurance, though the public on plans like everyone else according to Politifact.com. That is not really different from what is in the place where illegal aliens may purchase private insurance. The difference is that foreigners would not "premium credits "supposedly are in place to compete with the low and the current private insurance policies.
The same problem, Different Place
Immigrants are also banned in other nations. Illegal immigrants in European Union countries have been denied access to health care publicly funded and care is limited to injuries, emergencies or situations that pose a risk to those around them.
Article 35 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights European Union (2000) identifies all 's right to preventive health care and the right to medical treatment, but limitations were placed in this according to nationality and immigration status.
In Britain, foreigners do not have to pay for hospital care including room visits Emergency and hospital admission. However, hospitalization or outpatient treatment can be charged to non-residents, with the exception of a contagious disease.
In Spain, only obstetrics, and emergency room visits and revenues are available to all, consistent with international human rights standards humans. Since January 2000 with the passage of Organic Law No. 8, illegal immigrants have full rights to health care to citizens, provided they register. The unregistered foreigners are covered if they are under 18 years.
The Italian national health plan offers universal coverage for everyone, for free, it works under the principle of human dignity (ie health care is a right for all the needy) Illegal immigrants here can enjoy the same rights if you fill out a form to deny government financial resources.
In the Netherlands, need medical care is determined to be urgent or necessary by the health care provider. Subconsciously discriminatory attitudes may influence the inability to then have access to health care.
While the entire issue is controversial and heated debate here in the U.S., you should ask to consider the following scenarios. In case of foreigners who have an infection extreme is allowed to suffer and die in the habit of money to seek medical treatment? Would not that put ordinary citizens at risk of exposure and infection? In countries European Union
Can you ignore someone on the street with fractures or severe pain just because they are afraid that they are competing for the same tax money to pay for medical care?
While people are allowed to stay within our borders, we must maintain our 'humanity' and civility without it, we are a doomed society and returning to the condition of animals.
