Unemployed Health Care

how will health care reform affect the unemployed?

I hear about these tax credits people will get when they buy insurance. But how can you get a tax credit if you are unemployed? and with the unemployment rate continually going up, I don’t see how any of those people, the ones who would need the help the most, could get any benefit out of this plan… please correct me if I am wrong.

It’s not about tax credit. Those who can’t afford health insurance will get government help with it, based on their income. Some (but by no means all) may qualify for Medicaid. Here, read these summaries:
