United health insurance plan?

Is the united health one copay plan a good deal? Does it have good coverage in Both PA and WA? Im going to be alternating b/w these 2 states regularly

You should check with the insurance company. Some plans have nationwide coverage (United is one that I believe does this), and some are just regional. Most these days are national though. Again, just check with the insurance–they can help you out.
