Do most US health plans offer reasonably priced psychological services?

I have depression and as a member of Kaiser I pay $25 for dr. visits and therapy and very reasonable prices for meds. Some group therapy is free. But we may be moving (Texas) and will have to change providers. I have been with Kaiser so long I don’t even KNOW how other plans work. Any comparisons?

Most Heath Plans offer Mental health services.

Blue Cross Blue shield

Many Health plans are Geographic Based.

Contact Kaiser and tell them that you are relocating, If you are working for the same company…they will help you locate alternate plans that are available in Texas.
